Scope of Responsibilities:
The technical Account Manager (TAM) will direct all activities in connection with assigned strategic accounts. The position will also handle the reporting and forecasting of new opportunities.
As a Technical Account manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- In depth Knowledge of the customers environment
- Good understanding of the customers business and its IT needs
- The maintenance and accuracy of all customer related documentation.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for INSC.
- Understanding of customer contracted SLA’s.
- In depth knowledge of INSC’s solutions and offerings.
- Prioritization of business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Lead virtual team to deliver incremental business.
- Build and develop solid business relationships.
- Establish clear strategy and direction for account coverage
- Maintain the company’s chart of accounts ensuring that each account is properly accounted for and rolled up into the required accounting reports.
- Review all customer related trouble tickets on a regular basis for trending, accuracy and opportunity
