Technical Account Manager

Scope of Responsibilities:
The technical Account Manager (TAM) will direct all activities in connection with assigned strategic accounts. The position will also handle the reporting and forecasting of new opportunities.

As a Technical Account manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • In depth Knowledge of the customers environment
  • Good understanding of the customers business and its IT needs
  • The maintenance and accuracy of all customer related documentation.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for INSC.
  • Understanding of customer contracted SLA’s.
  • In depth knowledge of INSC’s solutions and offerings.
  • Prioritization of business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Lead virtual team to deliver incremental business.
  • Build and develop solid business relationships.
  • Establish clear strategy and direction for account coverage
  • Maintain the company’s chart of accounts ensuring that each account is properly accounted for and rolled up into the required accounting reports.
  • Review all customer related trouble tickets on a regular basis for trending, accuracy and opportunity
